Appointment Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that plans change — early notice allows us to offer your time slot to another guest.
No-Show Fee
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows are subject to a $30 service fee. This policy helps us maintain availability and respect every client's time.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. This ensures we can provide the full, unhurried service experience you deserve without impacting the next appointment.
By Appointment Only
All services at Salon de Beaute are by appointment only. This allows us to dedicate our full attention to each guest and ensure the highest quality of care. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
